Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
